Our team has over 40 years of venture capital experience and a long history of investing and managing venture funds. The Managing Members of MK Capital have managed six venture funds and over $300 million of capital in the past twelve years. Each member of the MK Capital team has previously been an entrepreneur and manager. As a result, each team member has substantial operating experience and a proven track record of helping small business grow successfully. We have advised dozens of companies as board members in a variety of economic cycles, industries, and stages of development. Each team member plays an active role both in the Fund's investment activities and in assisting portfolio companies.

Kirk Wolfe
Kirk is a Principal at MK Capital. Prior to joining MK Capital, Kirk spent considerable time in management roles for leading technology companies. He most recently served as a regional executive at Ariba, Inc. – a global provider of Enterprise Spend Management solutions. As an early stage Ariba employee, Kirk was responsible for establishing and growing the field operations group. Before joining Ariba, Kirk led the construction of the first business-to-consumer online store at Motorola, Inc. Earlier in his career, Kirk worked at Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) serving clients in the telecommunications sector. He currently sits on the boards of Multicast Media and HealthiNation. Kirk received a Bachelor of Science in Industrial & Operations Engineering from the University of Michigan and an MBA from Stanford University.
